When you use quizzes, practice exams, public demos, or diagnostics, we store answers, scores, weak-domain results, question reports, and related product activity needed to provide the service.

Billing and subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, but we do not store full card numbers.

We use your information to provide practice quizzes, full practice exams, diagnostics, score history, subscription access, support, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

If you opt in to study tips or product updates, we may use your email and diagnostic context to send relevant follow-up messages.

We may use aggregated or de-identified product data to understand feature usage, question quality, conversion funnels, and launch readiness.

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, and AI model providers for generating and evaluating original practice questions.

Public marketing pages may use behavior analytics or email automation tools when enabled in production. Those tools should be configured to respect the limits stated in this policy.

You can manage subscription billing through the Stripe customer portal from Settings.

You can contact support to request account help, privacy questions, or deletion of account-associated data where legally and operationally permitted.

Transactional emails related to account access, billing, or security may still be sent even if you do not opt in to marketing messages.

We use hosted service providers and access controls intended to protect account and product data.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve question quality.
