Terms of Service

Rules for using TechCertAI, including account responsibilities, subscriptions, acceptable use, and original practice content limits.

Last updated: May 11, 2026

Using the service

TechCertAI provides original practice questions, diagnostics, explanations, score tracking, and practice exam simulations for certification study.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws, exam policies, and vendor rules.

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, mass-export, or use the question inventory to build a competing service.

No exam guarantee

Practice results are study signals, not a guarantee that you will pass any certification exam.

Exam vendors can change objectives, timing, scoring, delivery rules, and question formats. You should verify official exam details before scheduling or sitting for an exam.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected at checkout.

Plan access, limits, downgrades, cancellations, and billing-period behavior are handled through Stripe and reflected in TechCertAI after webhook processing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, abuse generation systems, attack the service, submit malicious content, or interfere with other users.

Do not upload, request, or distribute real exam dumps, leaked vendor exam content, or content that violates exam provider agreements.

Changes and availability

We may change features, plans, prices, usage limits, question inventory rules, or these terms as the product evolves.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, migrations, rate limits, or operational issues.

Certification content disclaimer

TechCertAI provides original practice content. Certification names, exam codes, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by exam providers unless explicitly stated.
