How to contact TechCertAI for account, billing, quiz quality, privacy, and product support.

Contact path

For support, email hello@techcertai.com from the email address associated with your account whenever possible.

Include the certification, quiz or practice exam context, browser, approximate time, and screenshots or error text when relevant.

Billing help

For subscription changes, use Settings to open the Stripe customer portal. This is the fastest and safest way to downgrade, cancel, or update payment details.

For billing questions that the portal cannot resolve, include your account email and the Stripe receipt or charge date in your support email.

Question quality reports

Authenticated users can report a question directly from the quiz or review flow when wording, answers, explanation, domain mapping, or technical accuracy looks wrong.

Question reports help prioritize review and correction of the reusable question pool.

Response expectations

TechCertAI is an early-stage product. Support response times may vary while the product is being prepared for launch.

Urgent account access, billing, or security issues should be clearly labeled in the subject line.
